PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price payable for the Products shall be as shown on our site in euros  (EUR) and exclude delivery charges which are payable in addition and shown separately during the checkout process.

We can change the prices on our site at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders which We have already accepted.

At the moment we only accept bank transfers and after you place an order with us, we will contact you to discuss the order and the delivery. To complete the payment, we will give you the bank details to  make the bank transfer.

If We accept and process your order where there is a pricing error that is obvious and unmistakable, and which could reasonably have been recognized by you as a mispricing, We may end the Contract, refund to you any sums you have paid under the Contract and require the return of any Products provided to you.

If you wish to apply a voucher code to your order, you must enter the relevant code during the online checkout process. Only one voucher code can be used per order and additional terms and conditions may apply in respect of each voucher code. We reserve the right to decline to accept any voucher code that is invalid for your order or that has expired.

DELIVERY

Where do you deliver to?

We can deliver anywhere in the European Union.

The flat shipping rate for 1 product is 80 euros.

What if I need to change my delivery address?

If you need to amend the delivery address after the order has been placed, please contact customer services at  gardenwood515@yahoo.ro within 1 day. After this point we cannot guarantee that the delivery address will be able to be changed as we cannot cancel an order or change a delivery address once the parcel has been dispatched.

As the  products are manufactured by us,some of them may not be ready for delivery and day may and they might require some production time. The delivery can take place between 1 day and 5 business days. You will be notified by phone about the order status and the delivery time.

The images of the Products on our site and in our other advertising materials are for illustrative purposes only. Your Products may vary slightly from those images. Although We have made every effort to display and print the colors of the Products accurately, We cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the pictures, or the pictures in our other advertising materials, accurately reflect the colors of the Products that will be delivered to you.

You will own the Products once We have received payment in full.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), you have a legal right to cancel a Contract if you change your mind until 14 days after you receive (or someone you nominate receives). If you wish to cancel a Contract, you just need to communicate this to us within the timescale.

If you cancel a Contract under clause after the Products have been dispatched to you, you must return them to us. You must send off the Products within 14 days of telling us that you wish to cancel the Contract.

RETURNS

If you are a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you get 14 calendar days to cancel your order because you have changed your mind. This two-week cancellation period starts from the day you receive all the items in your order. If you receive faulty goods, you may also have the right to returnto return these goods and to ask us to replace them or get a refund.

Faulty goods

Please return your item(s) to us within 30 days after finding the fault, and remember to get in touch before returning. Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.

Cancelling a contract under the consumer contracts regulations

If you’re a customer in the EEA, you get 14 days to cancel your contract with us. This two-week period starts from the day after you receive your order .You’ll need to write to us with notice of your cancellation at gardenwood515@yahoo.ro. All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.

How to return an item & how much does it cost?

We will offer you free return if you cancel the order due to finding a fault.

If you return the item(s) for any other reason, the returning fee will be paid by the buyer and should be returned via a tracked delivery service. You should re-pack your item(s) in the original packaging, or in a secure and waterproof package, return your package, remembering to get proof of postage. Keep it safe in case you need to use this as evidence of your return. You need to get it back to us within 14 days from the date on your delivery note.

How long does it take to process my return?

It can take up to 14 days from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.

On receiving your return, the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete we’ll refund your via bank transfer. The funds should appear on your bank statement within 3-5 working days. We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, an let you know when we have processed your refund. If your return has not been credited within 14 days of sending your parcel to us, please let us know and we will then process an investigation on your behalf and get back to you within 7 working days.

 

Can I have an exchange instead of a refund?

You can  choose to receive an exchange for the item(s)

 

OUR RIGHTS TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT

We may end the Contract at any time by writing to you if:

  1. a) you do not make any payment to us when it is due;
  2. b) you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the Products; or
  3. c) you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the Products to you.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control. An Event Outside Our Control means any act, event, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control.

 

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

We may change these terms and conditions from time to time. The terms and conditions that apply to your Contract will be those that are displayed on our site when you place your order.

Each of the paragraphs of these terms and conditions operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

If We fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these terms and conditions, or if We do not enforce our rights against you, or if We delay in doing so, that will not mean that We have waived our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If We do waive a default by you, We will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that We will automatically waive any later default by you.
